managerial and individual support to ambitious, professional, innovative and socially beneficial philanthropic
projects. They are also attentive to philanthropy, to the efficient and transparent administration of their time and money and are ready to take risks for the success of the short and long-term non-profit initiatives they support. In light of the fact that donations have become a common and growing phenomena, Fondazione Dynamo has initiated a new type of donation, that permits investors to monitor project progress and management according to technical and professional criteria that guarantee the efficient use of donated time and financial resources, generating social value. Every investor is provided with the chance to follow the evolution of his donation, monitoring the results of the financed initiatives and potential (elective) to personally take an "active" role in the finance organisations. Fondazione Dynamo's investors can create changes in the community, helping social entrepreneurs plan and develop strong organisations, working as resource and efficient catalysts within the Third Sector. Fondazione Dynamo's restrictions and guarantees for investors are:
Fondazione Dynamo is a Partnership Foundation. A Partnership Foundation is a privately regulated legal institute representing the new Italian model for managing initiatives in the cultural and non-profit sectors in general, growing popularity over the last five years and is now more widespread on various levels, given its elasticity and capacity to adapt to specific situations. It is a non-profit institution which can be contributed to financially, with tangible or intangible assets, professionally or with services. (Bellezza Notary Public) In addition to the Founder, institutional and supporting contributors belong to the Foundation. Institutional contributors: 3-year membership commitment contracted through tangible financial contributions, in forms and measures agreed with the Foundation. Through the Institutional contributors' assembly, they may nominate their representatives to the Board of Directors. Supporting contributors: Contribute to Fondazione Dynamo in achieving its goal through a cash contribution or grant of tangible or intangible assets and a professional contribution particularly significant to specific projects.
