SELF-EVALUATION
Fondazione Dynamo believes in the importance of building an assessment model able to evaluate and monitor its activities.
The five assessment areas are:
- evaluation of the most correct selection of the best investment opportunities according to their characteristics and goals
- the best use of resources and professional skills for capacity building both when assessing feasibility and when implementing projects
- economic-financial assessment :
- financial reporting;
- project reporting.
- needs assessment for the selected projects
- culture and networking
- Coordination amongst the various areas that distinguish the "Blended Value Map", reference map for the creation of social and economic value;
- Evaluation of work on the "cultural" level created through: the national network (Vita editorial committee) and training development through the promotion of Business Schools;
- The positive debate influence created by networking is based on the exchange of experiences at the national and international level.
